Abraham Geiger Kolleg Ordination
Abraham Geiger College has ordained two Rabbis in a moving Ceremony on Thursday November 6 in Berlin‘s Rykestrasse Synagogue.
Rabbi Lea Mühlstein, Chair EUPJ, gave an address with reference to the humanitarian and peaceful roots of Judaism and welcomed the new Colleagues.
The German UpJ was represented by its executive committee and many chairpersons of liberal congregations.
Two political greetings were given by Federal Minister of Education Karin Prien and Vice-President of the German Bundestag Bodo Ramelow.

Alla came to the AGK through her work as a Para Rabbi in St Petersburg and her studies at WUPJs Makhon in Moscow.
Alisa was born in Tel Aviv, however, she spent her adult life in Germany. She has been closely associated with liberal Judaism since its revival in the 1990s and co-founded the liberal community in Hanover, enriching it with her work for many years.
EUPJ welcomes the new Rabbis and wishes them luck for their work for the Jewish people.
