Convenor of the European Beit Din
The European Union for Progressive Judaism (EUPJ) is seeking to appoint a Convenor for the European Beit Din (EBD), and we are inviting applications for this vital role. As the Convenor, you will oversee the administration and proceedings of the EBD, ensuring effective operations and offering guidance to candidates, communities, and rabbis throughout Europe.
The position requires a commitment of 2-3 days per month, with occasional travel for in-person meetings. This role is open to rabbis with ordination acceptable to the European Rabbinic Assembly (ERA), significant experience in Beit Din processes, and a passion for Progressive Judaism.
